All orders are final. We cannot change your order once it has been processed.All orders are shipped within 3 business days of placing the order.
Shipping times vary depending on your location but if you do not receive your order within 10 days, please let us know via email at email@example.com.
Please contact us regarding the return or exchange of goods at firstname.lastname@example.org. Each case will be assessed on its own merits and you will be notified of all actions to be taken.
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered within 30 days of receipt of goods. We do not refund or exchange goods if you change your mind. We will only refund or exchange items that are defective or damaged. Any item returned for exchange will be replaced with the same item as stated on your original purchase.
Any item to be returned must be unused and in the same condition you received it and in original packaging.
Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when asking for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect the item in order to approve or reject your application for refund or exchange. We will notify you via email to inform you of our decision and how we will proceed.
